Customer Support Specialist

Tanner Pharma Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing administrative and order processing support, ensuring that our products meet regulatory and quality standards, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor Notice of Importation (NOIs) for UK imports.
  • Foster effective communication across departments to address customer requests promptly.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the distribution process to ensure timely delivery from sourcing to hospital delivery.
  • Uphold the highest standard of fulfillment for all customer requests, enhancing customer loyalty.

Project Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track order and request progress.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Employ systems, tools, and techniques to measure and report on project performance.
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate financial data and project status.

Sales and Business Development Support:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key accounts for long-term success.
  • Monitor account performance and devise strategies to address challenges.
  • Provide accurate quotes and collaborate with departments to offer cost-effective solutions.
  • Set up new customer and vendor accounts, assisting with quality validation.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding orders, services, complaints, and account information.

Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word subject to testing.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to take initiative, set goals and make a plan for reaching them.

Preferred:

  • Order processing experience.
  • Fluent in other languages Spanish, Arabic, French etc. (verbal and written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
