Tanner Pharma Group is seeking Logistics Clerk to support our Supply Chain and Logistics Team . The role interacts with our Sales and Operations teams and directly reports to the Logistics Assistant Manager. We’re looking for a results-based professional who will thrive in a fast paced, connected environment.

Logistics Clerk Job Mission:
The Logistics Clerk is required to support all key reporting, inquiry and data management functions needed to remain compliant with GDP and supply chain standards. Success in this position requires strict adherence to all quality standard operating procedures and Tanner’s packaging standards to minimize deviations. The ideal candidate will be someone with receiving or logistics coordination experience who is detailed oriented and willing to work as a team to get the job done.

This role will be responsible for Logistics audit logs and reporting and supporting overall receiving and shipping procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with defined timelines, following standard procedures and detailed oriented work on a daily basis.

Here’s what you’ll be accountable for:
Logistics Logs, Audit-trail and Deviation Reporting:

  • Accurate and timely inbound (receiving) reporting and filing
  • Accurate and timely outbound (shipping) reporting and filing
  • Quality Hold and Quarantine reporting and filing to ensure proper resolution
  • Quarterly Insurance Reporting
  • Support review and analysis of Deviations to help support ongoing enhancements and reduce errors

Warehouse Consumables Inventory Management and restocking:

  • Ordering packaging supplies for the warehouse
  • Ordering gel-packs to restock the refrigerator
  • Receiving the supplies and proper storage
  • Inventory management routines and stock counts for warehouse consumables

Shipping Tasks, Quotes and OME Inquiries:

  • Manage shipping inquiries for all divisions
  • Tracking of shipment issues or delays once the product is shipped
  • Data entry into NetSuite with Shipment Analytics post shipment (close out procedures)
  • Production of shipping documentation needed to support MAP and CTS Divisional needs
  • Timely printing of all shipping tasks to support S&R Asst Team members with prompt actioning of the outbound requests
  • Take Pictures of the products
  • First line of contact for all general OME shipping questions

Warehouse Preservation:

  • Ensure the warehouse has an effective, timely cleaning schedule that is followed
  • Warehouse consumables are stored effectively
  • Safety measures are being following in the warehouse at all times

Inbound and Outbound Backup:

  • Backup the Logistics Coordination, as needed to receive the physical product into the warehouse, validate accuracy of the product and complete receiving the transaction in NetSuite
  • Backing up the S&R Team as needed to support the picking, packing and shipment of products
  • Completion of AES, Commercial Invoice and AWB’s to support the outbound process

You should meet the following criteria to apply:

  • High School Graduate level minimum
  • Preference to have 1-2 years of shipping and logistics experience
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for more than an hour at a time
  • Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Local to Charlotte and able to work in the office daily

Physical Requirement\Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of standing and bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Must possess the ability to communicate and comprehend information.
  • Must possess the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
  • Must be able to physically prepare products, which may include walking, standing, kneeling, or climbing.
