Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

Tanner Pharma Group (“Tanner”), including but not limited to Tanner Pharma UK Limited and TannerLAC UK Limited (both United Kingdom registered companies), recognizes that slavery and human trafficking can occur in many forms.

We have taken, and will continue to take, a number of steps to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings including complying with the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Tanner recognizes that all businesses have an obligation to prevent slavery and human trafficking, and we require an equal commitment from all our suppliers. Every company must do its share to eradicate this modern-day scourge.
