Hispanic Heritage Month 2022

Hispanic Heritage Month runs from September 15 – October 15 and recognizes the cultures, histories, achievements and contributions of Hispanic Americans. Unlike many monthly observances, Hispanic Heritage Month begins in the middle rather than the start of September. This is because it coincides with the national independence days of several Latin American countries including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua on Sept. 15, Mexico on Sept. 16, Chile on Sept. 18 and Belize on Sept. 21.
